2010 Rates:
$185
per night, plus tax, based upon double occupancy. Additional guests
will be charged $40 per person, per night, plus tax.
Children
from 4 to 12 years of age will be charged $25 per person, per night,
plus tax.
Children
under 4 years of age are free.
The maximum occupancy for each cabin is six people.
Returning guests
will receive a 5% discount on the base rate!
Please note:
From May
28th through October 31st, a two night minimum reservation is required.
Certain
event weekends such as Cornell Commencement and the Grapehound
Wine Tour require
a three night minimum reservation, and the cancellation policy may
vary.
While we
welcome your children and your pets, please bear in mind that we are
in no way obligated to do so. We do not expect you to clean
the cabin before you leave, but we do expect you to make an effort
to leave the cabin as close to the way that you found it as
possible. |
Deposits:
We
require a deposit of $100 per night to secure your reservation.
Methods of Payment:
We accept all major credit
cards. If paying by check, a credit card number is still
required to secure the reservation. The card will only be
charged if you fail to arrive for your reservation, or if damages
are incurred during your stay. There is a $50 charge for
returned checks.
Cancellations:
For
cancellations received up to 10 days prior to your arrival date,
the deposit will be refunded, less a $10 processing fee. Any
cancellations received fewer than 10 days from your arrival date
will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Arrivals and Departures:
Check
in time is 3:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after 5:00 p.m.,
please call in advance. Check out time is 11 a.m. Late checkouts
will be subject to a $10 per hour fee. Any guest failing to arrive
for the confirmed reservation, without canceling, will be charged
for the full stay. Guests who depart earlier than the confirmed reservation
period will also be charged for the full stay.

Telephone:
The
telephone in the cabin has local service only. You will need a
calling card, or a cellular phone for long distance calling.
Cell phone reception varies in this area, depending upon carrier and
location.
Smoking:
There
is no smoking in the cabin. Guests are welcome to smoke on the
cabin porch.
Pets:
We
are pet friendly. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for any
pets at check in, if not previously added to your charge. You must also provide proof of current
vaccinations, including rabies, at check in. We provide dog
beds, but please bring blankets or throws to protect the furniture. All pets must be restrained when
outdoors, and crated if left alone in
the cabin.
