Nestled on 42
secluded acres in the heart of the Finger Lakes, Mill Creek Cabins
offers four season, fully furnished, family and pet friendly accommodations.
Completed in September
2006, our two charming cabins
offer the unique experience of enjoying private lodging with all of
the attention and comfort of a traditional bed and breakfast.
There are a
variety of opportunities for viewing the area’s wildlife in their
natural habitats while walking the mowed paths which wind throughout
the property and along Mill Creek.
Access to New
York’s only national forest, the
Finger Lakes National Forest, is only one mile from Mill Creek
Cabins. Guests can bicycle, hike, cross country ski, or
snowmobile directly from the cabins to the miles of trails which run
the length of the forest.
The national
forest also offers a variety of habitats for viewing numerous
species of birds. |

While we don’t
allow hunting on the property, the Finger Lakes National Forest is
public hunting land. Opportunities include upland game
birds, migratory waterfowl, small game and deer. Please refer to
the
DEC
website for seasons and regulations.
Guests who enjoy
fishing will find a number of ponds throughout the national forest,
only a short drive from the cabins. Two
state parks, with public boat launches on either Seneca or
Cayuga Lake are also within a fifteen minute drive.
Wineries along
the Seneca and
Cayuga Wine Trails are within a 10 minute
drive from the cabins.
Mill Creek Cabins
is conveniently located within a half hour drive from Ithaca,
Watkins Glen, Seneca Falls or Geneva.
Whether you are
visiting the Finger Lakes Region to tour the wine trails, attend an
area event, enjoy the lakes, or visit the 16,000 acre national
forest, Mill Creek Cabins offers fine
accommodations in a private, country setting.
