New Park is a stunning 18 acre property set in an enchanting forest in the midst of wine country. The stone stack fencing, rolling hills, and endless gardens make you feel like you've suddenly stepped into a quaint Irish village.
The Balloon Room is a colorful and unique suite on the property of New Park Event Venue & Suites. The Balloon Room has two queen beds, a sitting area, and a breakfast bar. It has two outside spaces - a sun deck and a covered patio. Balloon Room sleeps 4-6 people. We recommend no more than 4 adults, but if kids are coming along, up to 6 works well!
The room includes a smart TV, and cable is available through the Spectrum app. The luxury bathroom features a beautiful walk-in shower with see-through glass doors, a cobblestone wall with tile designs, uniquely styled tile floors, and a teak chair. The bathroom area has a remarkable mosaic window and dual glass vessel sinks, and a Toto Washlet bidet toilet.
In addition to your room space, you'll have access to the courtyard and Wish Room common space. Tell us when you're planning to be around and we'll build you a fire! The Wish Room has a fireplace in the middle of the room and there are two campfire spaces on the property.

Do you have a large group? Balloon Suite adjoins to another two suites - all suites have private access, but also have adjoining doors if you have a larger party.

-Book both Balloon and adjoining Parlour and sleep 8-10!
-Book Balloon, Parlour, and Park, and sleep 10-12!
-Book all of New Park and sleep 20-22!
New Park also has incredible event space. Typically used as a wedding venue, this is the first time we are opening up access to New Park outside of private events. Even many locals have never seen New Park as it's surrounded by a very tall privacy fence. Now, you can stay here in this fabled spot (ask the locals and they'll tell you stories).
New Park is located in the Finger Lakes region, about 10 minutes from the city of Ithaca and 5 minutes from Taughannock Falls.

About the Owner
The owner, Sara, came to the Finger Lakes for the first time in 2017 on vacation. She had such a great time that she purchased a vacation rental by the end of the long weekend. Brookside Cottage in Interlaken was the beginning of a lifelong adventure. She has since expanded to purchase Mill Creek Cabins, which can be seen and booked at fingerlakescabins.com. She gave a lot of consideration to her next purchase, and eventually discovered New Park. New Park allowed Sara and her team to venture into weddings and events, further embedding her businesses into the incredible community of the Finger Lakes.Location
