If we are booked, you may also want to consider staying with us at Diamond on Seneca Hotel & Event Venue, which is 10 minutes down the road, directly on the Seneca Wine Trail OR New Park Event Venue & Suites in Ithaca! 

OUR BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

​

  1. Guest receives 100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 15 days before arrival, less a $75 cancellation fee; No refunds within 15 days of arrival.

  2. Due to the potential for travel interruptions, we recommend “Cancel for any reason” travel insurance. This type of insurance was previously not allowed in NY State, and the governor started allowing it during of the pandemic.

  3. Companies have agreed to offer it are Allianz, Nationwide, Starr Indemnity, Berkshire, Crum & Forster and Zurich.

  4. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you will be subject to our standard refund policy. EVEN in emergency situations (that's what the insurance is for - emergencies)
