Cabins in the Finger Lakes
Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in is from 3pm to 10pm. We have self-checkin, so you don't need to meet us at any particular time, you can arrive at your leisure. Please do not arrive earlier than that time unless pre-arranged (there is a fee). The cleaning takes some coordination, and when guests arrive early, it can throw the team off.
Check-out is 11am. Please be off the property by this time. Again, please do not check out late as this can make it difficult to properly clean before our next guests arrive. Late checkout also has a fee, if pre-arranged.
Directions to Aspen Cabin:
When you arrive on the property, take a right at the Y (the Office is straight). Aspen is the first cabin on the right. There is a sign on the gable that says "Aspen".
Directions to Basswood Cabin:
When you arrive on the property, take a right at the Y (the Office is straight). Aspen is the first cabin on the right and Basswood is the second. There is a sign on the gable that says "Basswood".
Directions to Cedar Cabin:
When you arrive on the property, drive straight, following the sign to the Office. You will park next to the Office, and Cedar Cabin is in front of you. We do not have a sign for Cedar yet, so please make sure you follow the instructions!
***WARNING***
GPS will sometimes route people to single lane, seasonal use, roads. These roads should be avoided. None of the roads should be single lane roads. If you're directed to a single lane road, reroute yourself.
From Route 86/17 to 2382 Parmenter Road, Lodi, NY
From the West:
Take Exit 46 for Corning/Watkins Glen-Route 414
Take Route 414 north to Watkins Glen
In Watkins Glen, at the light at the bottom of the hill, turn left onto Route 14/414
From the East:
Take Exit 52N in Horseheads and turn left on C.R. 64W
Bear right onto Corning Road/Rt. 14N
Follow Rt. 14N into the village of Watkins Glen
In Watkins Glen:
At the traffic light just past the Maguire Car Dealership and Famous Brands, turn right onto Route 414
As you come up the hill out of Watkins Glen, Route 79 splits off from Route 414—Bear left to stay on Route 414.
After approx. 10 miles you will come through the Village of Valois (40 mph zone). After the speed limit returns to 55 mph, you will pass a sign indicating that you are entering
Seneca County.
Continue one mile to C.R. 137 (just past Shalestone Winery, and the dip where the train tracks once passed over the road).
Turn right on C.R. 137 and come all the way up the hill to the stop sign.
Take a left at the stop sign and continue on C.R. 137 for one mile to Parmenter Road.
Turn right on Parmenter Rd. and we’re ½ mile ahead on the right.
From the NYS Thruway to 2382 Parmenter Road, Lodi, NY
Take Exit 41, and turn right onto Route 414.
At the intersection of Routes 414 and 5&20, turn left.
In the village of Seneca Falls, turn right where 414 splits from 5&20.
Continue on Route 414 south to the village of Lodi (about ½ hour from Seneca Falls).
At the southern end of the village you will come to a "Y" where C.R. 137 begins (just past the Lodi Historical Society/church on the left).
Bear left onto C.R. 137 and continue 3 miles to Parmenter Road.
Turn left onto Parmenter Rd. and we’re ½ mile ahead on the right.
From Ithaca via Route 96
Take Route 96 north through the village of Trumansburg.
After the speed limit returns to 55 mph, take the first left onto County Road 143 (approx. 1 mile).
Follow County Road 143 for approximately 5 miles to the stop sign at the intersection of County Road 146.
Turn right onto County Road 146/Townsendville Road and go 1 mile to Parmenter/Butcher Hill Road.
Turn left onto Parmenter/Butcher Hill Road and we are located 1.5 miles ahead, at the bottom of the hill on the left.
From Route 89/Interlaken to 2382 Parmenter Road, Lodi, NY
Turn right onto Cayuga Street and follow to stop sign at the intersection of Main Street/Route 96.
Turn left onto Route 96 and go approx. 1/4 mile to Route 96A/West Ave.
Turn right on Route 96A and continue 3 miles to County Road 146/Townsendville Road.
Turn left onto County Road 146 and follow 3 miles to Butcher Hill/Parmenter Road.
Turn right on Parmenter Road and we are located 1.5 miles ahead at the bottom of the hill on the left.
